Do I need An Appointment?

While appointments are not necessary, they will usually allow for a quicker turnaround time for your service. Walk-ins are always welcome! You can book on our website or call your desired SimplyEuro location today.

Do You Have A Shuttle Service?

Yes! We have loaner vehicles available for major services with appointments only. Each location also provides customer shuttles, Lyft, and Uber to pick you up or drop you off so you can continue with your day. Just be sure to let us know when you book your appointment so we can keep you going when your car is down.

Can I use SimplyEuro Instead of my Dealership?

You absolutely can! It is a common misconception that you will void your warranty by having any service performed outside of the dealership. This, however, is not the case. By law, dealerships must honor your warranty regardless of where the maintenance work was performed.

What models of Cars do you work on?

We service European brands, including Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, hybrid/electric vehicles, Porsche, Volkswagen, and more. Our technicians are also trained to work on other makes, but we specialize in the European sector. You are also welcome to visit our sister location, TRUE Automotive, for service and repairs on all makes and models.

Does SimplyEuro Offer a Warranty?

We provide a nationwide 3-year/36,000-mile warranty for all parts and labor associated with each service, giving our guests optimal peace of mind.*This warranty applies to vehicles operating within the manufacturer’s specifications during legal road use.

Do you service all makes and models?

While we specialize in foreign vehicles, our cross-trained technicians can service all types of automobiles. However, you are also welcome to visit our sister location, TRUE Automotive, for first-class repairs on all makes and models.

Do I have to wait at the Facility during a service, or do you have loaner vehicles?

While you are always welcome to wait at our facilities, we offer loaner vehicles to accommodate major repairs with appointments only, and customer shuttles, Lyfts, and Ubers for shorter jobs. Our team also sends live photo and text updates throughout the service to help our guests stay informed. However, our facilities also have spacious waiting areas with refreshments and comfortable seating if you prefer to stay.

Will I receive a cost estimate before the service?

We will never charge you for or begin a service before we receive your approval. There is no upfront expense associated with your visit, and our team can guarantee no hidden fees. We provide detailed cost breakdowns and prioritize our recommendations based on importance. Plus, our team will match or beat any other estimate you receive from local shops.
